The Wyoming Arts Council Native Art Fellowships provide $5,000 to enrolled tribal members, lineal descendants, Alaska Natives, or Native Hawaiians working in any artistic discipline. Applicants must be at least 18, Wyoming residents for 10+ months yearly, U.S. citizens or legal residents, and not full-time art students. The application is free, with a lifetime limit of two awards per artist.
