Palimpsest Project 2026 is a free residency in Buenos Aires for mural and urban artists to create work on a terrace designed for layered, overlapping paintings. Proyecto ACE provides studio space, materials, meals, insurance, and guidance. Apply by December 18, 2026; groups up to two members and international artists welcome.
